Amenities include: 4 Bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 2 shower rooms, a walk`in, an air exchanger, a central vacuum, a heat pump (air conditioning), an artesian well, ecological septic tank (Ecoflo), hardwood floor (tigerwood) & bamboo, ceramic, alarm system, electric heating, satellite internet.

Chalet Cascadia was built in 2014, also with two levels: Cascadia I (1,200 ft2 / 115 m2), facing Lac McGregor. Amenities include: 2 apartments: with 1 Bedroom, 1 living room, 1 open concept kitchen, 1 bathroom, 1 powder room, 1 terrace facing the Lake. Cascadia II (1450 ft2 / 140 m2), also facing Lac McGregor, with 2 Bedrooms, 1 living room, 1 open concept kitchen, 1 bathroom, possibility of a 2nd bathroom, 1 terrace facing the Lake. It also includes a heat pump, an electric heating, possibility of a fireplace, an artesian well, an ecological septic tank (Ecoflo).

Chalet Mayana also facing the Lake McGregor, was built in 2013, and has 2 apartments. It has the same surface as Cascadia.
