Do not let heavy exercises harm your kidneys!

Who doesn't like to be fit and have everyone's attention? So, in order to stay fit and have a bulkier body, the most straightforward answer is to hit the gym regularly. But most of the time, going to the gym is not enough. You would feel the need for some extra supplements. Gym enthusiasts jump into consuming the powdered protein and creatinine to change the physic of the body. This helps in building muscles instantly and would make you feel good within no time. But while you are paying all the attention to building a bulkier body, the inside organs are also going through a lot of change. Before you bought those creatinine and protein supplements, have you even checked the ingredients?


Some of these supplements are made from plant-based products, while other consists of meat protein. If you consume them in a limited amount and take care of some other points, there will not be any harm to the body. But taking supplements without consulting a doctor or dietician can be very harmful to the body.


Many of these creatinine and protein supplements are limited for many people. These supplements are not recommended for those suffering from any kidney ailments, liver disease or even diabetes. Along with these patients' children below the age of 18 must stay away from these supplements. Going to the gym and doing heavy exercise is also not suitable for kids under 18, as it hinders in proper growth of the body.


Working of kidney and liver is impaired with the improper consumption of these supplements, as it is not the natural way to consume the protein. While the body takes protein through the diet and distributes it in the body is a natural process. But spoon-feeding a large quantity of protein and creatinine to the organs creates imbalance and affect the working of the liver and kidneys. Having a large quantity of creatinine in blood indicated kidney damage.


Follow these points before doing heavy exercises -

1. Staying fit and healthy is the best part that keeps the diseases away from the body. But exercise does not always mean rushing to the gym and burning the oil, and these exercises can be done in the form of cardio exercises like -

  • walking
  • running
  • jogging in the park
  • cycling
  • swimming
  • dance or Zumba, etc. are the ways that harmlessly reduce the excess fat of the body and helps in better functioning of the internal organs.

  1. While taking any type of supplement, always consult a doctor beforehand to find the best supplement and diet for the body.
  2. If there is a need for protein and vitamins in the body, increase the foods that consist same. Egg white, cottage cheese, dairy products, chicken etc., are rich in protein and are a better alternative than supplements of protein and creatinine.
  3. While going to the gym, remember to take a good amount of water and do not let the body dehydrate. Consumption of 4litre water is considered the right amount.
  4. Do not stress the muscles by lifting heavyweights in the beginning. Start with the normal exercise and gradually increase the intensity of exercise. More stress to the muscles produces a high level of creatinine, and the high levels of creatinine indicate kidney disease, which could be life-threatening if not treated on time.
  5. In case you are having any kidney issues, like kidney stones, kidney cysts, or any other kidney impairment, do stay away from the strenuous exercises and supplements completely.

With the modification of creatinine levels within the body, there are high possibilities of developing nephropathy or even kidney failure. Kidneys filter the blood within the body and separate the wastes like creatinine and urea from the body, that is finally excreted through the way of urine. Resulting in a healthier and toxin-free body. However, having a high measure of creatinine within the body will influence the normal function of the kidneys.

Lifting heavyweights and taking supplements of creatinine contributes to a sudden increase of creatinine levels that can affect kidneys immediately. If these levels are not maintained or reduced from the blood, there can be a serious problem for the working of kidneys.
