Schooling, a task that has the modern-day parents on the edge when the time comes to choose for their children. Choosing a school for your kids is something that you search and research about before settling for one and even after having picked one, the search for a better choice available inside the budget never stops. Parents invest in the education of children as a priority over all other household needs and requirements and that perhaps should be the attitude always. Afterall, home appliances and household items don’t make the world, people do and what kind of a person one grows up to become may very often be decided by the type of education he or she received and the school environment he or she grew up in.

In the recent trend, parents from all over the country have not hesitated from choosing different state schools for their kids and migrating with them, if that’s what meant good level education. Delhi has emerged as one of the top choices in terms of schooling for children. The schooling infrastructure of the capital has grown multi-fold only in the last 10 years. The standard of education is much higher than 90% of the country and the diverse curriculums that are offered by the schools give parents an upper hand in choosing the type of education.

There are schools that offer the traditional schooling of the state boards, where state board prescribed books are taught and then the state board scheduled exams are conducted. These are the most basic ones, but in Delhi, even this education is provided with much finesse. Then there are the schools that teach the Central Board of School Education prescribed curriculum and take exams scheduled by the Central Board, they also exist in abundance and with good standards in Delhi. However, the recent trend shows that the Indian Certificate for Secondary Education (ICSE) and the International Baccalaureate (IB) have been the most popular and the most preferred type of curriculums that the present-dayparents prefer. The Capital city of Delhi has seen a mushroom growth of these schools in the recent past. One of such schools is The Sri Ram School (TSRS), which is counted among the best schools in Delhi. It offers both these curriculums of ICSE as well as IB with expert level teaching and infrastructure.

The growth of these variety of schools in Delhi goes on to show that New Delhi is not only the formal capital of the country but has also grown into the educational capital, with a huge number of people coming here for studies annually and the city caters to their needs with perfection.
