Craft 2 Is All Set to Launch This October, Here’s How to Watch It

Sony Pictures and Blumhouse are all set to bring The Craft: Legacy for Halloween and the trailer has been launched. We were only a little bit aware that Blumhouse Productions and Sony Pictures are collaborating for The Craft movie, but most of it was mysterious. Yet anyhow we got The Craft 2, which has been officially titled as The Craft: Legacy.

The movie is all set to launch for the Halloween season, by the end of October. You will be able to watch it from the comfort of your home. So, the viewers interested in watching this witch-filled sequel won’t have to go to the theater in order to watch it.

You will be given options to rent or purchase The Craft: Legacy. The show will be a VOD release. The VOD releases are now most extensively followed by a vast number of studios as it is one of the best ways for generating revenue without taking help from the theaters. The Craft: Legacy will be available on most of the digital retailers. 48-hour rental of the show will cost you $19.99. This puts it in the range with other releases such as “Bill & Ted Face the Music” and “Trolls World Tour.”

You can also purchase the show at $24.99. The Craft: Legacy has been described as an electronic-sell-through release. This means the viewers who will buy the show through a specific digital retailer will be able to access the show only through that retailer. Even though it’s not similar to owning a physical copy, yet it is an on-demand purchase which is permanent and through which the customers would be able to watch it whenever or wherever they want, till the platform exists. It is similar to an audiobook purchase on Audible.

The makers have also stated that they may release it internationally in the theaters too. However, it is still not confirmed in which territories The Craft 2 will be available in the theaters. The details regarding it would be confirmed in the upcoming weeks. However, it looks like many viewers will depend on digital retailers rather than watching the show in theaters. It is also not confirmed whether Sony will let the movie screen at drive-ins or not.

The Craft 2 or The Craft: Legacy is scripted and directed by Zoe Lister-Jones. It portrays a story of aspiring teenage witches who get more than they had bargained for when they move towards their new powers. The Craft that was an original show was released in 1996.

The Craft: Legacy is all set to get launched by Sony Pictures on October 28.
