Definition: Conveying of heated fuel oil is a technology for heating the oil during the transportation by seamless steel pipe or carbon steel pipe in order to make it not condensed and mixed to reduce the power consumption on the pipeline.

Temperature control for heated fuel oil transportation: Oil's heat would be continuously released to the surrounding medium during the flows along with the pipeline. There is need for the setting up of various heating stations along the pipeline to add the loss of heat to maintain the appropriate temperature in long distance transportation of heated condensable high-viscosity oil. The speed of the temperature changing depends on weight loss (G)of oil, temperature difference (Δt) between the oil and the outside of the tube, and the total heat resistance (Rt) of the heat transfer.
