Consumer Nishant Kumar write in his complaint, "i had ordered s sandisk 64 gb memory card on flipkart which got delivered on 1st dec 2017. unfortunately the card was not being detected. i requested for a replacement and received the replacement on 9th dec 2017. the order no. is OD110837839924108000. this product has now again stopped being detected. i approached the sandisk service but they refused to help and confirmed me on written email that the product is counterfeit. i again contacted flipkart, they agreed to help, but the courier guy refused to collect the product saying that this product is different in their records. i again contacted flipkart for a resolution and since then till today they havent provided any resolution. kindly help me get a refund/replacement and also help me get strict action against flipkart/seller for selling counterfeit product."
Voxya team start his work after few hours of this complaint.
Team starts the social media campaign and send email to the company and got a response from the Flipkart where company ready to refund a complaint.
