Car Window Tint Film Manufacturer in Korea | OASISFILM
by Professional Writer Professional WriterOASISFILM is a car window tint film manufacturer
that provides innovative energy saving solutions, allowing everyone to feel
safe and comfortable anywhere.
There are three types of window
film manufacturing processes.
1.
Clear (non-reflective)
2.
Dyed (non-reflective)
3. Vacuum Coated
(Reflective)
a. Metalized
b. Sputtered
1.
Clear Film
Most transparent films work as a
security film. UV protection from direct sunlight is also an important feature,
but is usually used for protection and safety. In order to function as a
protective film, it usually has to be at least four millimeters thick. This
transparent film is considered a non-reflective film because it contains no
metal.
2.
Dyed Film
This film is an anti-reflection film
containing no metal. The tinted film is primarily controlled by a flickering
flow of light that blocks outward vision and reduces heat by absorbing heat
from the sun. Color foils offer a variety of colors with colored polyester
foils and contain colors in thin adhesives. Because the paint layer is
metal-free, it absorbs heat and has little effect on Solar Control's thermal
control, and its reflectivity is inefficient.
3.
Vacuum Coated
Metal film is coated
with deposited metal on the surface of polyester film. These films have
efficient solar control properties because these coated metals can reflect a
significant amount of solar light. Films containing metal or metal oxide are not
visually reflective and have two basic production processes for metallic type
films.
a. Metalizing
In short, metallization (or vacuum coating) is the process of
applying metal (mostly aluminum) to another layer of polyester film and another
layer of polyester film. This product is Solar Control Film, which can reject
more than 80 percent of the sun's radiation. Because the vacuum metallization
process can be controlled, a thick layer of aluminum can be produced to ensure
robust durability.
b. Sputtering
The core of the
sputtering process is the method of metalizing metals. First, electrical energy
is charged to anion by combining it with the inert (or active) gas of the
atmosphere in a vacuum while binding it to atoms or gas molecules. Vacuum
pressure causes particles charged with anion to move freely around the tube at
high speeds. When charged particles tap the cathode (metals to be applied to
films), the metallic atoms (or metallic oxides) are removed from the cathode.
