If the initial investment required is CAD $200,000, then the innovator needs to get the Letter of Support from Designated Venture Capital funds. However, the interested business man can get a Letter of Support from Designated Business Incubators, if he/she doesn’t need any financial support. All that he needs to achieve is to get accepted into the Business incubation Program.

The innovator needs to first submit his/her application along with required documents which include business plan, clearance of background certificate and medical certificate among others. After receiving the letter from the authorized designated organization, the applicant has to provide his/her biometrics within 30 days of having received the letter.

Through this program, the applicant is eligible to obtain Canada PR Program. Initially, the innovative business man needs to obtain a Temporary work VISA to move to Canada. The whole of the family can apply for PR under this program.
