Canada Immigration Plan 2024 to 2026

Per the latest express entry draw #271, 95,221 candidates received an ITA from Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada.
On 1st November 2023, our new Immigration Minister, Marc Miller and the immigration department of Canada released the updated Canadian immigration plan for 2024 to 2026 on the official website of immigration refugees citizenship Canada.
Following are the major factors for the latest immigration Plan:
- Increasing French-speaking communities in Canada outside Quebec.
- IRCC will invite 27,890 more candidates through the Express Entry Program and 4,500 more candidates through the Provincial Nominee Program compared to 2023.
- Invitation through Humanitarian and Compassionate Grounds and Other will be decreased for the upcoming year 2024.
