Buy The HD Lace Or Transaprent Lace?

by Tasty wigs Beauty

Which one will you choose between HD lace and transparent lace while buying lace wigs? I want to tell you guys the difference between the two kinds of high-quality lace.

Transparent Lace

Transparent lace is the regular lace in a transparent color.

HD Lace

HD stands for "high definition". HD lace wig is a royal lace material that used to be called Swiss lace, and which is invisible when applied to the scalp. This ensures that the wig-wearer can have an exposed hairline, which looks very natural and renders the lace along the hairline highly undetectable.

There are four different regular lace colors, including dark brown, medium brown, light brown and transparent. It is important to choose the right color to better match one's skin tone.

The Difference Between Transparent Lace And HD Lace

As we mentioned above, HD lace is a new name of Swiss lace, a kind of lace that is thinner and more see-through, and transparent lace is the regular lace in transparent color.

We often recommend the transparent lace wigs to women with light skin tones, but recently we found that the transparent color lace can melt into any skin tone after we bleach the hair knots and glue down the hairline.

But according to the features of the lace material itself, HD lace (Swiss lace) is still much thinner, more delicate, and transparent than the normal transparent lace.

The key to wearing a lace front wig is to make it look as natural as possible. As we can see in the picture attached below, the HD lace (Swiss lace) is more see-through than normal lace, which can better melt into the scalp, and make the hairline look more natural and less visible.
