Everyone knows that being in business takes many forms. And we’re not talking about the entities or the type of business you are in.  We mean that literally. You need many forms because processing paperwork will be the number one task of anyone running their own business.

These valuable developers can spend hours creating forms and tediously coding, then running tests to make sure they work right.  That’s time that they could be spending on more valuable business tasks. And, once people have filled out your form, you again have to wait for I.T. to give you the data.

Business users can modify them, and deploy them in no time. And, once filled out, the data is instantly available via email, Excel download or other mechanisms. This is a huge business advantage, since business users create and manage their own forms; they’ll just work on mobile devices, perform proper validation and save expensive developer resources.

So if you want to save time, your I.T. department’s sanity, and dramatically reduce the time spent drowning in paperwork, consider using pre-made online forms. Your I.T. people will thank you for it.
