Vibration testing is types of testing. Vibration is mechanical phenomena where by oscillations occur about an equilibrium point. There are two types of vibration testing. In this process the temperature and relative humidity of the chamber can be controlled between about particular temperature. The thermal shock testing allows for the observation of changes in product characteristics and failure occurrence caused by different materials and their thermal expansion coordinate. A thermal gradient difference in the different parts of the object expands by different amounts and can cause cracking and failure. The thermal shock chambers are supplied with a fully programmable controller for complete cycle programming. The chamber has two compartments fitted vertically with the hot chamber at the top and cold chamber underneath.
