Our menu is created with four main ideas in mind: fresh, simple, elegant, and inviting. We take all of your favorite breakfast items like omelets, French toast, scramblers, and eggs benedict and make them our own. 

We also know there’s no point in reinventing the wheel. That’s why we stick to offering simple, fresh menu options like chicken and waffles, traditional eggs bennies, oatmeal, avocado toast, steak and eggs, and omelets and skillets galore. 

If you’re a vegetarian or have a gluten intolerance don’t worry, we have options for you, too! We have an extensive list of gluten-free menu options including many of our omelets, salads, skillets, the Signature burger and the salmon benedict. 

For the healthy eaters, we have a whole menu category dedicated to healthy habits. These options include the Greek Goddess which is egg whites, spinach, tomatoes, artichokes, olives and feta cheese, and the Garden omelet which is an egg white omelet with zucchini, green peppers, mushrooms, onions and cheese.

Those are just a couple of our healthy menu options. We have many more calorie-wise and vegetarian options to suit your preferences.

For those with a hankering for a hearty, traditional breakfast, we certainly have that too. In our New Jersey favorites category, you’ll find go-to options like chicken and waffles, steak and eggs, banana waffles and frittatas.
