Avoid PaylessbulkSms.com.ng Scam! Service Does Not Exist: REVIEW

I tried to use this service, checked the TOS, and decided to create an account and fund it.
First, 5% was deducted as charges, attempted to send my message, it went, units deducted and realized #2.83 was charged per unit against the #1.0 advertised.
I messaged the admin, only to be told it was because my sender ID and message have not been approved.
I sent for approval thinking it's from their system, only to get a reply they from their gateway (they're a reseller i think) and that i need CAC docs and other government papers before i could send my message.
Ok, i changed and decided to use my MTN line that was already registered and not a custom ID (which is against the purpose of ( #bulksms), never mind, attempted it again, and no SMS was delivered, contacted the admin again, and this time around, never responded to my inquiry again.
I asked for a refund, and they told me NO REFUND.
