PexBank Review = More than just A Scam

by Akin Chaktty Blogger
With the random extortion of subscribers of pexbank by the admin, it's inept of modern journalists to keep the broadcast of pexbank on the cyberspace.

It has come to awareness that pexbank admin have yielded to the voice of scammers as stated here - postimg.cc/S2r7mq1m

This has also made Nairaland.com business admin to put pexbank on a Scammer watch list.

There was a story reported to me of exorbitant and undue charges of thirty-five thousand naira (#35, 000) postimg.cc/fSVdhxg8

postimg.cc/N2Qg6YRm placed on a subscriber's account for private chatting on a subscriber after a failed transaction in which the said subscriber had lost a sum of fifty thousand naira (#50, 000).

These charges are never stated in pexbank terms and conditions, making this a breach of contract and punishable offence by the Nigerian Federal law.

There was another case of eight hundred thousand naira (#800, 000) reported on Nairaland.

When admin are contacted for resolution, they will not pick up their calls and reply WhatsApp messages, and when the victim attempt to disclose this fraudulent act, they will rather threaten the victim than making a resolution.

Pexbank has scammed a lot of people, most especially freelancers. The CEO has a mindset of helping freelancer rather than doing business.

Not only did I regret using the platform in the past, I also get complaints from some friends I introduced Pexbank to.

You’ll just do a legit transaction and expect to have your fund but rather it gets locked. When you contact admin, they’ll frustrate you calling.

Later, you’ll hear that you’ve done something wrong in the past and the money removed from your account is your penalty.

Pexbank should conduct legal business and desist from extorting Nigerians.
