An Analysis of TEFL: Hard or Easy?
by Krishna Namata Truck dispatcher trainingA hard course can be
described as something that is very challenging and essentially requires a lot
of struggle and focus. Easy courses are courses that are easy to pursue and
don't require too much effort, concentration, determination, or courage. Hard
courses are tough to crack than the easier courses which are simple to crack.
Let’s check whether the TEFL course is easy or hard.
The degree of
hardness and easiness may differ from student to student, and what appears as a
tough course may appear as an easy one for someone thus the matter varies from
one person to another to some extent and is discussed herein in general terms
as possible.
1. Intensive course
This is a major
reason why experts do not give much thought and say about the TEFL being hard or easy.
Experts do admit that the course is intensive. For instance, if you are not
much of an academic person, or it has been a long time since you last visited
the classroom, the course might seem tougher for you because you are not that
into reading or you haven't done reading in a long while.
Similarly, as a part
of the course, the essay writing part may also seem tougher to you if you
haven't written in a while or writing was never your strength. Other reasons
for which the TEFL course may seem tougher for you could be personal issues, do
not have or give proper time to the course; the degree of the English may not
be up to their mark, the overall course might be too complicated for them.
2. Ease for learning
English
However, similarly,
there might be many reasons for which TEFL might appear easy. The course might
appear easy for the ones who have strength in English or love English. It might
also appear easier or some people may tend to make it appear easier for their
love of teaching, particularly English.
People who are fond
of writing and reading novels may also find TEFL interesting and easier to
pursue. There is also a strong motive behind people who love not just the
language but also hanging around with the students.
3. Understanding the
language
People who love opportunities of travelling,
opportunities of learning new languages, making an influence on people,
understanding the importance of the language in daily life, also tend to love
the course or process or find TEFL easier. People who have good grammatical
skills, phonics, presentation of curriculum vitae, and many more also find TEFL
easier. To get to know about your capability or execution of the TEFL course
