1) Update your QuickBooks Desktop

- Go to employees
- Select My Payroll Service and send usage data

- Under the choose filter tab, search for the filter list and select detail level
- Select summary only
- Under the choose filter tab, search for the filter list and select online status
- From the drop-down list on the right-hand side, click select Online to Send.
- Click on the find button to check all the unsent paychecks
