9 Steps to Fix Concox GPS Tracking Device Offline Problem|Troubleshooting

Some Customers have encountered device offline problem after purchasing Concox GPS trackers due to improper operation or other factors, which will bring a bad user experience. Here are some tips for you to tackle the offline problem.
① Check if the SIM card is in arrears, is it 2G network standard
② Check If sim card cannot resolve to the IP of the domain name
③ Check if the device is in power saving mode (long standby devices)
④ Check if the device switched to flight mode due to external low-power protection (E-bike/EV GPS Tracker)
⑤ Send command STATUS#, check whether the status of GSM and GPRS is linked up.
⑥ Send command GPRSSET#, see if the APN and server settings are correct
⑦ Send command param#, check if IMEI is consistent with the device IMEI
⑧ Ask technical support for help to see if this device can successfully connect to AMS, whether to send a login package to the platform, and whether the platform responds to the login package or not.
⑨ It could be a hardware problem after the last troubleshooting, in that case, it needs to be returned to the factory for repair. Please contact our sales manager, they will immediately send you a new simple to replace the defect ones for free.
