For overseas education, you must have what is known as an Educational Credential Assessment (ECA) report for immigration purposes. These points are important to secure to check Canada PR eligibility for Express entry.
3. Work Experience - 15 Maximum points
Under this, you get points for the number of years you have done full-time paid work. This is a minimum of 30 hours per week or an equal amount of part-time in a skilled job. This should be listed in Training, Education, Experience, and Responsibilities (TEER) category 0, 1, 2, or 3 of the 2021 National Occupational Classification (NOC).
