• The applicants must be in the age range of 45 to 21 years
• They must be able to demonstrate the adaptability and employability specified by MPNP
• They must possess a minimum of 1-year of Post-secondary credential or training program offering them a Certificate, Degree, or Diploma
• Applicants must have a minimum of 2 years of full-time work experience in the last 5 years
• Demonstrate ability for finding a job in Manitoba in the same occupation of their 2 years of experience
• They must also plan to obtain the suitable certification or license needed for regulated occupations
• Present a plan for settlement demonstrating real intent and the ability for establishing and settling economically as Permanent Residents in Manitoba
• Offer results from an accredited language test obtained in the past 24 months demonstrating achievement of scores on par with a minimum 6 CLB in every section and overall
