Peace Lily

Peace Lily can handle the low light conditions of apartments and is very easy to care for. The dropping leaves are a sign that the plant is thirsty and it needs watering. Peace Lily is a member of the Araceae family. It is also referred to as a spathe flower. 


This is an attractive indoor plant suitable for a bathroom as it can thrive in low light and low water. Peace Lily cleans indoor air according to a study conducted by NASA. It absorbs toxic gas like benzene, carbon, monoxide, and formaldehyde.


Peace Lily needs proper placement where it can receive the right amount of bright light. Too much fertilizer, heat, and water can cause brown tips in peace Lily. You can use natural organic Neem oil pesticides to control pests. 


Make sure that your peace Lily is getting the right amount of light. Yellow streaks in leaves are the indication that it is getting too much light and direct sunlight can cause brown spots on its leaves.

ZZ plant

The ZZ plant resembles Sago's palm. It is native to eastern Africa and belongs to the Araceae family. It is known for its durability and toughness. You can use any potting soil mix and well-drained soil, balanced liquid fertilizer is enough for the ZZ plant to grow well. 


It will go well at a lower light level. But you can place it in bright indirect light for better results. They can thrive in fluorescent light also but don't keep them in direct sunlight as they can burn their leaves.

Spider plant

Spider plant is one of the excellent indoor plants that clean the air. Spider plants can thrive in low light and are suitable for the bathroom. Spider plant has dark to medium shade Green Leaves. It is a good choice for new gardeners as it is easy to care for and hard to kill. It will make your apartment's environment more pleasant and healthy. Rubber plant

They need a little amount of light and water so make sure you provide the correct balance of water and light that is crucial for rubber plants. It needs bright indirect light. You can place it near a window with a sheer curtain. 


It will provide indirect light without too much heat. During the growing season keep the soil moist and water it once a week. Also, wipe off the leaves of rubber tree plants occasionally.
