On an expert survey, it reported that on average in every eight women one is not getting pregnant in a natural way. To this today many procedures are arrived at to make them pregnant like in this way in vitro fertilization is also one option for them.

In vitro fertilization is a process that by fertilizing egg and sperm and forming an embryo this embryo is implanted in the uterus of the woman then they can get a chance of being pregnant. The baby produced through this one is biological.

Usually, at the starting stage of the IVF cycle or completion of it, most of the women get anxiety, sadness, uncertainty in their minds but it is not good. They need to put some financial and physical investment into getting pregnant.

By intake of regular shots, two weeks can completely your body will get out of whack.

It will make sense in your mind and get you awake to take treatment for a 30 day IVF cycle. Your body will be strong and healthy and can prepare for intensive treatment.

Here is a 30-day guide to IVF Success

Stages

  • The preparation should start before three weeks by taking adequate food to be healthy and they have to keep everything in their mind that what they are going to do.

  • Day one is the starting process, getting off periods starts the IVF cycle.

  • Day three to twelve these days they need to take medication to fertilize, stimulate and wake up the eggs in the ovary. This process also increases egg production.

  • In this stage 36 hours are there they will be given an injection named human chorionic gonadotropin HCG which will help in the release of eggs outside. Exactly after these 36 hours, eggs can be retrieved.

  • Stage four needs 24 hours of time at this stage; your eggs and the sperm cells of your partner or donor will be taken and fertilized. After that progesterone hormone should be more in their body to get implantation to avoid miscarriage progesterone hormone is adequatly present in the uterus.

  • After the above process, after 5 days the embryo will be transferred to the uterus of the patient. This process is very important because by this only the actual IVF was going to start.

  • After this implantation by 9 to 12 days, the embryo starts growing and penetrates deeply in the uterine wall to release pregnancy hormones.

Diet

Taking the Mediterranean diet will get good results. Most specialists recommend this diet.  Taking fresh fruits and vegetables.
Choose lean protein sources that are good for muscles, like fish and poultry.
Eat whole grains, like quinoa, farro, and whole-grain pasta. Add beans, chickpeas, and lentils to your diet. It is good to take low fatted dairy products.

Also, it is required to eat healthy fats, such as avocado, virgin olive oil, nuts, and seeds. Avoid red meat, sugar and also refined grains, and other highly processed foods such as polished foods.  Take flavor food with herbs. Avoid salt usage in the diet.

Workouts

Many women think that during the IVF cycle it is not good for doing any workouts and taking bed rest gets good results. This is false because doing some workouts there will increase the chances of growth hormones that are needed during that process but doing vigorous exercises and lifting heavy weights also damage their progress.

Supplements

There are some natural supplements they should need to take to support a new pregnancy at this In vitro fertilization.

They need to start a prenatal vitamin in the 30 days or even for several months before your IVF cycle begins to increase their folic acids. This vitamin is critically important because it protects against brain and spinal birth defects in the developing fetuses. Prenatal vitamins can also help their partner or donor boost and increase their sperm health.

Sleep

Sleeping and fertility are related to each because sleeping also plays a vital role in the IVF cycle. A study in 2013 showed that a woman who sleeps for more than 7 to8 hours increases the chance of getting pregnant rather than sleeping a short time.

Before going to sleep they need to avoid caffeine before six hours, eating before 3 hours.

Also stretching lightly and having a shower before going to sleep is good.

If bleeding and spotting may occur at the time of cycle they need to consult a doctor and need to take some medication which was prescribed by the doctor.

Partners need to take note of care in this period because this is very crucial to get pregnant in a biological way.
