The machine has a strategically designed stainless steel container with a capacity of 25 liters. It also has an aerator and valve for draining. The test forms a foam that gets collected in the container so that it can be tested for ink.

2. Sheet Drying Cylinder

Drying the laboratory sheets is another important function in pulp testing, and for that, we have a sheet drying cylinder. This equipment helps in preventing shrinkage and wrinkling of the dried sheet samples. Besides, it is a motorized cylinder that is PID temperature controlled and timer enabled and serves excellent drying.

3. Cow Dung Refiner

A cow dung refiner also called a triple disc refiner is another high-demand equipment used to prepare slurry from cow dung’s raw material. The triple-disc feature helps in converting the raw material into pulp. Once the cow dung is transformed into the slurry, it is used to produce Prakritik or natural paints.
