After over 30 years in business it still amazes me that people start up a business and give no thought to writing a business and marketing plan. Do they not realise that these plans are the ground works and foundations of their business.

When properly implemented and reviewed, well crafted business and Marketing plans are vital tools in foreseeing and averting problems that may be on the horizon and can be instrumental in determining their SUCCESS or FAILURE.

Then there are people who start off on the right foot and Start off with a plan but never review or amend it , business and marketing plans are organic and should be implemented, reviewed and amended regularly to account for the many rapidly changing circumstances worldwide.

Any Architect or Builder will tell you that the groundworks and foundations are the most important factors in determining the size and strength of a building in the same way your plans will determine the size and success of your business.
