For example if we have a good exercise program to keep our weight and tone where it should be and we get an injury we cannot exercise and we let go and
gain weight and loose muscle tone. I had a bad fall in a grocery store and injured my right knee. It remained swollen, holding fluid and was painful for 6 months.
At that point I tried to exercise but the exercise aggravated the knee as it tried to heal. I gained weight and got out of shape. Why because I lost sight of the goal.
