Runescape: Quest Cape Skill Requirements

The aim of this thread is very simply to save you time; instead of having to look through the descriptions of all the quests to find out the levels you will need to get if you want a Quest Cape. For each skill(Runescape Money), the highest level requirement is given, along with the name of the quest that has that requirement. Please note that some quests allow the use of potions! To temporarily raise your stats to the required level.
Lastly, please remember that this is not a general tips thread, and shouldn't be used to ask for general quest advice; it is a supplement to the rest of the forum, not a replacement for it! This list will certainly be updated as new quests that are released.
