Exact system I use to get signups daily into any opportunity.
I used to run a Sailor Moon Fan Site.  That has nothing to do with making money online or running a business, I know.  However, I think I can offer some feedback on this because I used to try free traffic sites.

Does it work?  Well, it DOES bring you traffic.  You just have to spend hours earning credits so that your site appears.  If you have a counter, the numbers will go up pretty fast depending on how much time you spend getting all the credits.  This is were the downside comes in.  You are getting traffic but that's about it.

Most of the time the people who are looking at your site are only looking at it in hopes of getting more credits.  If you are lucky and you are trying to promote a unique free program, you may get a few sign ups.  Even more so if most people are using the service to do the same thing.  Which, can cause problems if everyone is trying to get sign ups for the same program.  However, if you have your own business the goal is to get repeat visitors, not one time viewers who more than likely have no interest in what you have to offer.  It is better to work on search engine optimization.  So unless you are getting paid for the hits you receive or promoting free programs, the free traffics sites are useless and almost a complete waste of time.

HI Ginny... this is kind of interesting.... I've found that I'm able to get sign ups for a few of my programs (like APSense etc...) from free sites... and then I go to another free site and get sign ups ... so it's a round robin sort of thing I do to build my networks on the Social Networks or even for programs like my http://www.bethsventures.jerkydirect.com I'd like to here you go into more detail with what you wrote in that last paragraph and what can be done to improve what you do... because I didn't fully understand what you meant! (maybe i need more coffee this afternoon?) Beth

What free traffic programs are you using? Are you trying to promote programs with the traffic site or a full website?

Hi Ginny I don't want to sound cryitical It's just.... I'm a bit like Wendy ... Ginny 98% of my 2 million plus site visitors a year come from surf for traffic sites. I'm making a full time living. I think it may depend on what your web page is about. There are also 100,000 similar site's like mine out there all with the same keywords as my site and all search engine optimization.

I edited the article yesterday to focus it more toward businesses and less towards the programs. Though it can very much depend on which traffic programs you are using. I have seen some that "autosurf" at pretty fast rate.

There is nothing wrong with free traffic sites, it works like "door to door" in real life. Not every door knocked on will open; however, in traffic exchange ~ it is computer to computer ( all will connect ) every viewing is a HIT ~ that is like every door knocked on was opened. This does not mean one has a customer, just becaues the "door opened". Traffic exchanges is a good way for individuals to show they have ongoing concern, eventually new members, who join, may be interested in what ever you have been offering for months. Individuals have to create a unique presence on the Internet to be recognized, patronized and/or recommended.
