ERP Application Support Manager: The Support Manager will lead the support team, ensuring efficient operation and support to customers. The role involves managing system maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with various teams. A minimum of 5 years of ERP support experience, SAP B1 preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the support team and ensure timely issue resolution
* Serve as the main point of contact
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues
* Oversee system upgrades, patches, and performance monitoring
* Develop support processes and provide user training to enhance system adoption
* Ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and monitor system performance

Key Skills & Competencies:
* Strong knowledge of ERP, SAP B1 preferred
* Excellent troubleshooting, leadership, and communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under pressure
* Process-oriented with attention to detail and a focus on system improvements

 Qualifications:
* Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field
* Minimum 5 years of ERP support experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
* SAP B1 preferred
