The Factory Manager is accountable for achieving overall of organization, management direction and control of all factory functional departments and to ensure that production run effectively with cost, yield improvement, output achievement, and forecast requirements. Ensure Support the organization goals in achieving total customer satisfaction. Ensure effective us of manpower materials and equipment. Manage and synchronize production activities with sales, purchasing and engineering.

Job Description:
* Ensure production volume targets are met.
* Achieve the targeted cost levels by improving efficiency and reducing rejects.

* To maintain a suitable working environment for the production employees
* Ensure low level of breakdown by regular maintenance
* Ensure all order is complete on schedule.
* Develop and Implement improvement in engineering process.

* To ensure high quality of the wheels.

Job Requirements:
* Bilingual or more-: English + another language
* Ability to prepare reports in English
* 10 years' experience in managing or working in after-market wheel Factory
* Qualification Engineering (Either chemical or electrical) educational background
* Experience in aluminum casting is advantageous
* Knowledge in Metallurgy is preferred
* To be based in Thailand
