This permanent position is responsible for governing IT change and release management processes, ensuring alignment with organisational policies, regulatory requirements, and business objectives. You will lead the governance of SDLC procedures, oversee Change Advisory Board (CAB) activities, and provide reporting and insights that support effective IT delivery. Additionally, you'll support IT budgeting and resource management processes when needed.
