Buying food items from market is becoming a nightmare now-a-days.
Most of food items are adulterated, sprayed with chemicals, grown using over-doze pesticides, mixed with artificial colors etc.
In this scenario, how do we know whether we are buying the genuine food item or not?
Black pepper pods are mixed with papaya seeds by vendors..Atleast that's not a hazard for life..But if you know the chemicals sprayed to keep curry leaves fresh and shiny, you will not buy it again. Do you have an idea of what all chemicals are added in tea powder before packing?
In such a case, its always better to buy from source. I know its difficult for people who lives in cities to buy from source/growers.
