Imagine what you could be doing with those hours.

Reading, listening to audio and watching training videos.

I'm not saying that watching TV is wrong. TV (and watching films) can be inspirational, cathartic and enjoyable.

It's about thinking about how much and why you are watching tv.

The other thing is about tv is that it destroys a person's creativity and imagination. When you read a book, you have to imagine the scene.

When you watch tv it's done for you.

How many books have you bought recently?

I'm not going to go on more about books and reading, because I have written a post on this already.

Think about what you are watching?

Do you need to?

Can you cut some of it out?

How much do want to succeed?

Imagine if you cut down just an hour a day, that is 7 hours a week. 2 hours is 14 hours a week.

Think of what you could do with those hours?

You could get down the gym, read a book, start that business you were thinking of, you could write a book!

What ever your goal is. It is easy to make time once you think about it.

So, what do you want to do? What are you wanting to achieve?
