Just try it now even before you really try to quit. Pick just one of the reasons you light up and replace it with something else. It can be anything as long as it gets your mind on something else for 30 seconds. Like this after lunch when the habit hits thing or remember the best vacation you ever had. Concentrate on it something that moved you could have been catching a big fish or a great kiss or a super massage. Just do it for 30 seconds 100% and you will forget all about lighting up.

The part of the problem is there are thousands of these reasons and each and every one you must have a plan for ahead of time or you will fail.
