Why would I want to do that? I hear you ask..... well because when you do you present an opportunity for you to learn, develop and grow.

Instead of living in denial or resisting what's happening face it head on and look to see where this challenge may be taking you and/or what lessons it may be trying to show you.

Understand that "this too will pass" and you have the strength to get through it.
