Erica S., you are at true inspiration to all...when you share from the heart it uplifts people you may never meet. I can speak for myself on this one, I am fortunate to have just about everything I want. I worked very hard to get to this point.

I sometimes forget where I came from and how hungry I was as a kid or how I begged for jobs that I was qualified for...how I didn't get here on my own, people did take the time out to show me how to make a better life.

I believe both men and women are creative. It also depends on the project meaning women can be more creative at certain things that pertain to women and vice versa.
