Who is more self conscious; men or women?

both...Gender has nothing to do with it!

both because they have their own goal

progress is aim , now I need to be helped , by any conscious body

It depends on how confident you are in self, how strong your self-esteem is and if you are a leader or a follower.Gender has nothing to do with it.

I agree with ljerka. Gender has nothing to do with that, its a factor of our upbringing. Self-consciousness can also be good or bad depending on how strong a person's self-consciousness may be. if you are too self conscious you will care way too much about what people think about you....its a question of balance not gender.

I think this is a question of the state of mind, not gender. Upbringing may have some influence there, but it's all I think.
