What's the best time for create & promote a CAMPAIGN ?

Depends on target audience, but I thing that best time is 8-10 and 16-18.

Second, you must determine the timing of your campaign to coincide with the high activity hours for your market.

If you have a territorially targeted campaign, set the start at about 4.00 pm of the targeted area.

Set all things before one night e.g your mind set , campaign strategy. Get start with first Sunrise around 8 am - 9 am in the morning ..

To me no time required all you need do is write a catchy campaign title.

probably in the afternoon from 4:00 PM to 5:00PM.

After 10 am. is the best schedule to create the campaign.

The best time is whenever you want to make a few new contacts.
