I can't create new campaign. Why?

your issue is new for me, i never faced this kind of issues, may be you already created any campaign with shortened links and reported by some apsense users

Ok, I had an issue creating one a while back. What I discovered was that clicking the 'OK' button in the center or bottom did not activate my campaign. Only the top portion of the button appears to be active? Try that and make sure the button changes colors slightly.

Yes I have credits. The credits are not a problems.
