2 and 3 Franto, they don't know and are often in too much of a rush to learn. @Wincer the solution could be a boot camp offered to new members on first login that they are reminded periodically is there for them to get the most out of Apsense.

Would be nice for Wincer to discuss with us the rules he thinks may get users to post more quality content onto APSense.
Posting Lookii banner ads all over, will not make it better, more useful or provide much incentive for people to learn how to use it & take advantage of it.
Posting some insights into the reasoning of why it was developed this way & inviting a discussion would be of greater value than most of these ads ....

@Warren... I see it already happening.... Makes it so nice not to have to trip over all the SPAM in the feed.

I think requiring points (indicating activity) is an excellent step in the right direction. It's exactly why free email has led toward it's own self-destruction. If they would CHARGE for sending email, it could quickly reduce the spammers incentive to send massive campaigns at significantly greater expense than the free ride they enjoy now, while at the same time not penalizing the casual email user sending legitimate communications. The same concept (with points) could throttle the spammers her

Thanks for a great observation, Andy!
So which of the points I made at the top would you consider being involved here?
1 - they are to lazy or uneducated to express them selves well?
2 - they have no idea or can't think of things worth wile?
3 - they rush & don't take the time to stop to post a worth-wile comment?
4 - the APSense environment is not well suited to advance better communication?
Most importantly, what do you think could be done about it by all of us as an online community to

@Andy Anderson, i agree with your point. We need to change rules and help people to post quality content, for business, for friendship, for APSense. :-)

They are going through the motions, they know that they need articles and content sharing but nobody has taught them how to generate quality so instead they create quantity, just as they select contacts from a list instead of on a one by one basis. When they comment it is seldom because they gained something but instead because they want something or just hope it brings them more leads, more connections, more sign ups. They don't know how to structure a comment or a recommendation. I just saw tw

Good point, Neville!
Personal attacks are not very nice, and are not called for.
A critical comment, on the other hand, is not to be seen in the same light.
That's where good communication skills become quite handy ... just as in making a point succinctly to move discussions into a more desirable direction, providing more insight & a clearly valuable learning opportunity to all who take part in them.
Let our deeper thoughts guide us to greater self-reflection & better communication in the p

This looks like the higher quality question that the recent changes noted in Wincer's 2016 June Updates message and question is hoping to achieve. And since it has not been drowned in a sea of spam questions it is easier to find.
Now to partially answer the question, which appears to have been asked as a result of some issues with responses on Lookii.
As Cindy has noted, and I agree, it may not be the APSense (or Lookii) environment that limits "better" communication.
Those limits, in my opin

That's exactly what I am hoping to address here, Warren. What keeps people from speaking their minds more freely with out having to be asked. Too many are avoiding a constructive discussion when being asked a pointed question. On the other hand, what would you like to see Lookii to be made into?
Could you elaborate on this question or is it of no interest to you totally to open up the issue of gaining a bit more input into what's going on around here? :)
Sunil, is quite amusing by telling us wh

Personally I did join Lookii to have a lookii around and it is of no interest to me. It's WAY too complicated and would require much more time and effort than I care to invest.

Thanks so much, Cindy ... yes, you did give it a good shot. It's true, just liking some thing, brings it back into circulation ... but commenting, even critically, is of greater value when communicating, because it provides a bit more insight .... it's also true, you do get quite a few spam postings which may sound like they are trying to contribute when it's all about taking the topic into a different direction, or simply adding an unrelated link to the posting.
The question: "What do you think

I am sure you are trying to suggest that this site should be reserved for only English speaking people or at least they should pass through a language test before taking them in as a member.

Joseph, thanks for the straight answer.
Cindy + Warren, what do you make of the big new Lookii project?
I would have thought it worth a good discussion, but for some of the reasons you can still select from the list I prepared for you above, chances are more than good, we will not get much of a discussion even among the more literate ones around here!

@Franto I didn't miss the question at all (in my opinion), the answer is NOTHING. Everyone here is free to communicate better, anytime they want to.

I am with Warren on this one Franto...... There are many people here that do not understand English very well... You have to give those credit for at least trying to add input. Then there are others that simply no nothing except how to SPAM.
You know how I hate that copy and paste crap.. and APSense is being over run with that stuff....
Finding things to comment on is getting harder and harder...... since there is so much stupid stuff posted..... What I do is.. look for people that I know add
