What is apsensetraffix ? and how to i use this page?

I have used the exchange, got good results,however, it is time consuming..

I can only guess that your question refers to the APSense Traffic Exchange....
It is one of many ADD-ON Services that you have available here at APSense.... These add-ons appear to me along the left side of my screen....
Below Brand Pages and Groups.. I suggest if you do not see it... you can click just off to the right of "Add-ons Services"... there are both an up and down ^..... You can seen many add-ons available.
As for the Traffic Exchange itself... In my opinion it works like any other TE.

I only use the APSense traffic site occasionally. I know it's a great way to get traffic to your sites, but I don't really care to be spending my time clicking away at this site. Besides the fact that there's a bit of an issue when I first go to the site. Very slow to load it. Not sure why, but perhaps some day it will be adjusted to speed it up a bit.
