My painful memory was when my grandmother left me. She is just passed away.

When I was 25 and a new mother of a 6 week old baby, my family and I were in a plane crash. My husband , my stepson Kevin, who lived with us, and I had flown in our small plane to Lake Tahoe for the weekend. Thank God I had left my baby with a nurse so all our attention could be focused on Kevin. His mother had told him that when I had children of my own, he would, in essence, be cast aside. I loved him with all my heart and wanted him to know my new baby would never interfere with his father’
