Hello Amanda, what I have found is basically amongst what your dealing with and that's sign-ups which is probably the most difficult for most.You see the affiliate/marketing arena is like an smorgas board where people have all these choice and can't make up their minds what to choose because of so many programs that all offer the same thing...A chance to make money.

Getting conversion into sales from visits to my site. In the past, I have lots of visits, but low conversions. Now I have low visits due to Google's penguin. Still I think a very hard conversion rate from visit is more important to me.

My biggest issue isn't getting sign ups but keeping those sign ups engaged and active. I have a ton of referrals but only a handful are active. I try to communicate and I know some programs are not for everyone, but it can be frustrating.
