1. Eat only when hungry.
2. Drink water in the morning on an empty stomach.
3. Do not mix carbohydrates and proteins.
4. Refuse fatty meat.
5. Drink less cola, coffee and other drinks.
6. Sports activities.
7. Eat more greens and vegetables.

Eat some healthy non-spicy foods in breakfast, have lunch around 2 pm, eat some fruit around 5 pm, and have a light dinner 2hr before bed.

Eat in portions and in small intervals. Do not have just 3 big meals and done. Include local fruits and veggies in your diet. Include herbs, superfoods as well such as basil, ginger, garlic, lemon, honey to avail anti-oxidants, and critical nutrients. Avoid junk foods, colas and caffeinated drinks.
