Eat in portions and in small intervals. Do not have just 3 big meals and done. Include local fruits and veggies in your diet. Include herbs, superfoods as well such as basil, ginger, garlic, lemon, honey to avail anti-oxidants, and critical nutrients. Avoid junk foods, colas and caffeinated drinks. 2. Drink water in the morning on an empty stomach.
3. Do not mix carbohydrates and proteins.
4. Refuse fatty meat.
5. Drink less cola, coffee and other drinks.
