I don't know a lot about coffee since I am not a coffee drinker-the stuff taste awful. But back to your question, is there a big difference between instant and brewed? I guess it would depend on the individual.

@Ross...i think any adult who love to drink coffee/tea daily should be aware of the negative effects of sugar. Thats why we recommend raw-wild -honey ( not refined -over processed honey). I always use honey and we also produce lots of them raw in my country.
@Digit....where did you get such idea? lol!
@Faii....yea, i agree ...whatever we eat, drink, or do should be in moderation..

"I learnt too much coffee intake and the abuse could lead to cancer and brain damage"
I learned that too much salad intake can make your ears grow long like a rabbit's...Too much of almost anything can be bad for you. Sometimes we hear of some study and we go on witch hunts against certain products. There is nothing wrong with coffee in normal amounts. As for the original question, I doubt there is much difference in the healthiness of instant or brewed coffees. Instant coffee just tastes nasty
