Well the fact is that it is not easy to get good ranking now a days... the one day you can be on the top and the next day your site ranking will drop .. this is what happening after Google's Panda and Penguin updates ....

ohh ok i m already following such sites,and also working on article blog press release, but even after that some times my site got infected with updates of google and lost the rank, any other solution for the same. i also spread my content with slide sharing sites too.

Those are not seo spamming techniques, I mean to say, prefer high page rank and high valued sites for your seo submissions like dmoz, yahoo directory..... reddit, stumble upon..... etc.,

yes you are right but some times even following such things my site losing the rank, why it happen, it happen to my competitors sites also, i m monitoring all my competitors sites.

Simply follow search engine's guidelines. Make sure your website's content is unique! And make good quality back-links for particular website.
