Personally I don't think either are healthy. They are fast food outlets using mainly processed foods which are full of Es. ( chemicals) like MSG, sodium nitrates etc.

@ Susan --- I can't disagree with you BUT I thought the idea of eating there was to CHOW down spicy, greasy, decadent stuff that will send us to an early grave? ;--)

My vote for KFC... Just love their salad with grilled chicken... Healthy option :-)

We picked up a bucket of KFC yesterday and 8 pieces (including two wings) were $15 or just shy of $2 a piece. If my wife were not suffering and it was getting late, there is no way I would spend that kind of money again when a 4 pound chicken fresh from the rotisserie at Costco provides more chicken for about 1/2 the cost or I can do my own for even less, so just how lazy have people become.

Both have healthy options. KFC is a tad more expensive. McDonald's has more locations. All in all I suppose it's a matter of personal choice and taste.

I would say they are ok as long as we don't eat there daily... once in a while works. Personally I like KFC. All the best!
