The Options given in the comments are good, Comment Luv is Also a good Option or Simply Use Disqus....Depending on the Platform Your Website or Blog Is On, All the Same You can Determine if the comments are spam yourself simply by checking if it's related to posts where you find them. Good luck.

Look for spam extensions for your website.

I agree with Prince. Avoid automatic comments approving.

You have to validate comment box in your blog and only approve good comments.
