It is very difficult..it needs hard work, patience and strategy!

When I work hard, which means attacking on all fronts at the same time in a single day, I get on average 3 referrals, hopefully 4 or 5. But the next day I take a break, or I get ready for the next offensive. To make my referrals get involved, I write them and promise to find a referral for them in exchange for certain tasks. For example: 'If you upload your photo and complete your profile, you get a referral'
