How many hours per day do you spend on Apsense, facebook and linkedin?

I am addicted of APSense and spent more than 10 hours a day but not active on Facebook although my post from here and there went live on FB, Twitter and Linkedin too

5 - 10 hours on facebook,and more than 10 hours for apsense...

About 1 hour per day for each plus IBO Toolbox and Google+.

IAM A INTERNET MARKETER AND AM ONLINE FROM MORNING TO EVENING I THING I SPEND ALMOST 12 HOURS

As long as it takes to read news of interest on each site and longer if I have something to share of interest. I don't use social sites to be lounged around in; but to make contact with others,share ideas, successes and yes even failures.
However; after my work day ends;THEN I find some sites are great to return to and chat casually with associates; it adds your personal touch and places a memory for later work related conversations.

Apsense over 5hrs, facebook 30minutes, linkedin 30minutes once in week. Am putting more time to own sites.

Social networks always oppened in tabs-I only jump from one to another to see new updates, or do my own updates as well...so I follow all, I'm active where i need to be...Great question!

I used to have a tab opened on APSense all day, but as I'm focusing more and more on activities that bring results and so try to reduce distractions, I now close the APSense tab when finished. I still come many times a day, same thing on Facebook. I very rarely go to Linked-In, although I believe I should go more.

I don't logout of facebook, apsense, like an hour a day, if i add them, but hardly do i use LinkedIn

max on facebook. On Apsense whenever notification are there.

I log in Facebook all day. Apsense 15 mins (several times a day) and linked in, hardly.
