How can I know if a webpage is being crawled on Google?

You can check it. It's very simple. eg. "cache:your site URLs" and enter it... if your web page is crawled, then it will show you the details when it crawled.

You can use webmaster tool or you can just put "site:yoursite.com" in the search form to see if there are search results.

UPDATE! Apsense.com is now back on Google! :)

You can check your Web page is crawled or not by using below method
"cache: put your url here which you want to check" copy and paste whole thing in your address bar of browser

Hello Gaurav P., google unindexed the pages of Apsense due to lots of spams and the Apsense Team is working on it to reindex the pages.

You can check either your site penalized or not. just type a syntax on Google search box. site:yourwebsitename.com . you will find all the pages of your website.

using cache: url over google search bar you can check the crawly of a web page.

This is the second time already during last few weeks. Hopefully it will be resolved as fast as it was earlier.

but i am also thinking what happens with apsense google stops to index any its page
why? is it the effect of penalization?

This is quit simple..........
take the url which you wants to check that google crowled the url or not.
In google url search, type
cache:"Put your url here" and seach. it will show you the resut.....
